Have a question about a MEPCO bill, a correction you’ve read on this site, or something that isn’t adding up? Here’s how to reach the right place.
About This Website
MEPCO Bill is an independent consumer guide for electricity consumers across South Punjab. This site is not affiliated with Multan Electric Power Company, PITC, NEPRA, or the Government of Pakistan. We publish billing guides, tariff explanations, and complaint procedures based on official notifications and publicly available records — we don’t process payments, access consumer accounts, or handle complaints on MEPCO’s behalf.
Reach This Website
For feedback on an article, a correction, a suggestion for a topic, or a general question about something you’ve read on this site, use the form below or email us directly.
Email: [email protected]
We read every message. Response time is typically 1 to 3 working days. What we can’t do is look up your bill, adjust your account, or intervene in a complaint — those requests need to go to MEPCO or PITC directly, using the channels below.
Send Us a Message
This form is for feedback about the website only — we cannot look up bills or complaints through it.
For Bill and Account Issues, Contact MEPCO Directly
If your question is about your own bill, connection, or complaint, MEPCO’s official channels will get you a faster and more accurate answer than we can.
